Are these products intended for human or animal consumption?
No. All products sold by CoreGenyx are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
By purchasing from CoreGenyx, you acknowledge that these products are being obtained for legitimate research purposes only and agree to our Terms of Service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as PayID payments where available. All payments are processed securely to ensure a safe and convenient checkout experience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Australia (Australia Post)
- Standard Parcel Post: 2–4 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and all shipments include tracking information.
Can I change, cancel or return my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been dispatched.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives incorrect or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the matter.
Items damaged due to heat exposure during transit are not eligible for replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders shipped within Australia can be tracked via Australia Post, and orders shipped to New Zealand can be tracked via New Zealand Post.
Are Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided by our manufacturer are available upon request.
We are also in the process of obtaining independent third-party COA testing for CoreGenyx products to further support our commitment to quality and transparency.
