Refunds & Returns Policy

At Coregenyx, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or orders placed in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@coregenyx.com and include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we generally do not accept returns once products have been shipped, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Items must not be opened, used, or tampered with to be considered for return approval.

Shipping Delays

Coregenyx is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Heat Exposure and Storage Conditions

Due to the nature of our products, Coregenyx is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat, freezing, or mishandling after delivery has been confirmed.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Coregenyx is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location is provided.

Australian and New Zealand Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Where required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
