Australian and New Zealand Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including:

- The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth); and

- The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

Where required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy for products that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Temperature & Shipping Disclaimer

CoreGenyx takes reasonable care in packaging and dispatching all orders.

Customers acknowledge that certain products may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations during transit. Once an order has been dispatched, CoreGenyx is not responsible for temperature exposure, shipping delays, or conditions experienced during transit that are outside of our control.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be provided solely due to products being exposed to heat during transit unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in Australia or New Zealand.
