Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Within Australia
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:
- Express Post: 1–3 business days*
- Standard Post: 2–8 business days*
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.
Shipping Within New Zealand
New Zealand orders are shipped via New Zealand Post (NZ Post).
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days*
- Rural deliveries may take additional time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location;
- Order size and weight; and
- Selected shipping method.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations during transit.
CoreGenyx takes reasonable care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot control shipping conditions, temperatures, delays, or handling by third-party carriers.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be provided solely due to products being exposed to heat or temperature variations during transit unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws in Australia or New Zealand.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post or New Zealand Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
CoreGenyx is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier delays;
- Weather events;
- Customs processing;
- Public holidays;
- Incorrect shipping information; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your parcel is believed to be lost, please contact us at hello@coregenyx.com, and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the relevant carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, CoreGenyx primarily ships within Australia and New Zealand. Any additional shipping destinations will be listed on our website if and when they become available.
